How contact-form data is handled
A concise explanation of what SOBRANO receives, why the data is needed, and how to request its deletion.
What we receive
The form sends your name, reply contact, message, and — when selected — the project focus, stage, and budget context.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals required to protect the form from automated submissions. The message itself is not shared with Turnstile.
Why we use it
The data is used only to review your enquiry, reply, and continue the conversation about your request. It is not used for marketing mailings or sold to third parties.
Where it is kept
The website does not store enquiries in its own database. After verification, the message is delivered to the SOBRANO work mailbox through an SMTP provider.
Correspondence is retained only while needed to reply, work on the request, and meet applicable obligations. Access to the mailbox is restricted.

To ask about, correct, or delete data from an enquiry, email hello@sobrano.dev from the same contact address used in the form.
Questions about data processing, controller details, and applicable retention periods can be sent to hello@sobrano.dev.
